Data handling specification

Revision of November 2026

A furniture plant needs very little personal data: enough to answer a request for a drawing and, once an order turns into a delivery, enough to take the load to the right address. This sheet describes that little, written as a specification, and follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018.

What goes on the sheet

Who signs as controller

Processing is in the hands of So Mesas So Cadeiras Industria e Comercio LTDA, trade name 20Wood Furniture, CNPJ 02.057.898/0001-60, with its seat at Rua do Centeio, 05, Loteamento Industrial, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, SP, 13454-001, Brazil.

What actually reaches us

Only what a person types when sending an email or filling in the form: a name, an email address, the piece being sought, a rough quantity, the delivery town and whatever else they choose to add. The form keeps nothing on the site; it merely opens the visitor's own mail program.

The service that hosts these pages notes, as every server does, technical details of each visit, such as the IP number, the moment of access and the browser in use.

What each piece of data is for

To answer the message, prepare a quote, agree on manufacture and freight, and meet the tax and legal duties tied to a sale. The legal grounds are the steps leading up to a contract the data subject asked for, the performance of that contract and duties set by law. Technical logs serve the security and running of the pages, on the basis of legitimate interest.

No data is sold, rented out or used to build shopping profiles.

Should a different use ever arise, it starts only after being announced here, in a new revision.

Who else touches this data

The electronic mailbox where enquiries land, the company that hosts the pages and, when there is a delivery, whoever drives or escorts the load, who needs a name and an address. Public authorities receive data only when the law or a court order requires it.

What you can ask for

Cookies and third-party fonts

These pages set no cookie of the plant's own and load no advertising trackers. The letterforms are downloaded from Google Fonts servers; during that download Google sees the device's IP and applies its own policy.

Blocking external fonts in the browser does not get in the way of reading: the text simply shows in a default system typeface.

How long information is kept and how it is protected

Conversations that end without a purchase are deleted once they stop being useful, usually when the enquiry closes. Data tied to an invoice or a delivery stays on file for as long as tax law demands. Access is limited to whoever handles the order, and the email accounts use passwords and protected connections.

Your rights and the reply deadline

Facing the plant, each person may:

  • find out whether any of their data has passed through here and receive a copy of it;
  • have anything incomplete, outdated or mixed up put right;
  • demand that the excess be made anonymous, frozen or destroyed;
  • take what is theirs to another company, in a format it can read;
  • learn every recipient with whom anything was passed on;
  • undo a permission given earlier and understand what declining it means.

Just write to contato@plainmorningreader.com. The plant sends its reply within 15 business days. Anyone who finds the reply lacking has another route: Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.

Data protection officer, revisions and outside addresses

The officer who looks after personal data replies at the same address, contato@plainmorningreader.com, on behalf of the plant.

When this specification changes, the new revision replaces this one at the same address, with the month shown at the top. Links to outside sites, such as the ANPD's, lead to pages with rules of their own, which we do not control.
